Day by day

1. Day 1 — Arrival at Kathgodam/Delhi - Drive to Nainital

   Arrive at Kathgodam railway station, Pantnagar Airport or begin the drive from Delhi. Meet our tour executive and transfer to your hotel, driving up to Nainital through the foothills gateway of Kumaon with forested ridges and valley views on the way. Check in at the hotel and freshen up. The evening is free at leisure, perhaps for a walk near the lake or along Mall Road. Overnight stay in Nainital.

2. Day 2 — Full Day Sightseeing in Nainital

   Breakfast at the resort, then a full day excursion covering the top highlights of the famous Lake City. Enjoy boating on Naini Lake and visit the lakeside Naina Devi Temple. Walk along Mall Road and browse the Tibetan Market for woollens and curios. Ride the cable car up to Snow View Point for views of the Himalayan range on a clear day, and visit the Eco Cave Gardens. Overnight stay in Nainital.

3. Day 3 — Nainital to Almora Scenic Drive

   Post breakfast, drive to Almora through scenic valleys and pine ridges. Check in at your hotel and explore the cultural capital of Kumaon. Visit the ancient Kasar Devi Temple on Crank's Ridge with its wide views over the valley, and the Chitai Golu Devta Temple, known as the Temple of Justice. Browse the historic 200-year-old Lala Bazar with its traditional carved wooden shopfronts. Overnight stay in Almora.

4. Day 4 — Almora to Chaukori Scenic Drive

   Post breakfast, drive to Chaukori via scenic valleys and pine ridges, passing tea gardens on the final stretch. Check in and explore Chaukori, an unspoiled hill hamlet known for its majestic close-up views of the Panchachuli peaks at sunrise and sunset. Take an excursion to Patal Bhuvaneshwar, the underground subterranean limestone cave temple reached by a narrow descending passage. Overnight stay in Chaukori.

5. Day 5 — Full Day Sightseeing in Chaukori

   Breakfast at the resort, followed by a full day excursion covering the top highlights of Chaukori. This unspoiled hill hamlet offers majestic close-up views of the Panchachuli peaks across the valley. Drive out to Patal Bhuvaneshwar, an underground subterranean limestone cave temple with rock formations reached by a narrow stepped passage. Return in the evening for sunset over the ranges and an overnight stay in Chaukori.

6. Day 6 — Chaukori to Kausani Scenic Drive

   Post breakfast, drive to Kausani via scenic valleys and pine ridges. On arrival, check in and explore this hill station called the Switzerland of India, facing a 300 km uninterrupted panorama of Trisul, Nanda Devi and Panchachuli. Visit Anasakti Ashram, also known as Gandhi Smriti, where Mahatma Gandhi stayed, walk through the tea gardens on the slopes, and drive down to the ancient stone Baijnath Temples beside the Gomti river. Overnight stay in Kausani.

7. Day 7 — Kausani to Corbett Scenic Drive

   After breakfast, drive to Corbett through scenic valleys and pine ridges, descending from the Kumaon hills to the forested Terai. Check in and explore the Corbett area. Enjoy an open 4x4 jeep safari in Corbett Tiger Reserve in the Bijrani, Jhirna or Dhela zone within Jim Corbett National Park, visit the rock-set Garjiya Devi Temple, and walk along the Kosi river. Overnight stay in Corbett.

8. Day 8 — Corbett - Morning Sightseeing & Departure

   After breakfast and a last morning view of the forested hills, check out from your hotel. You are then driven back through the Terai plains and farmland to Kathgodam railway station, Pantnagar Airport or onward to Delhi for your journey home. Any remaining time may be used for souvenir shopping en route. The tour concludes on arrival at your chosen station, airport or city.
